Introduction
Color-coated coil is produced by applying one or multiple layers of organic coating onto base materials like hot-dip galvanized plates, hot-dip aluminum-zinc plates, or electrogalvanized plates after surface pretreatment, followed by baking and curing. Named for its various color coatings, it is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, and can be processed directly. Common colors include gray, blue, and brick red, making it widely used in advertising, construction, home appliance, electrical appliance, furniture, and transportation industries.

Color-coated Steel Coil Substrate Classification:
There are three primary types of substrates used in color-coated steel coils:
1. Hot-Dip Galvanized Substrate – Produced by immersing steel sheets in a molten zinc bath, forming a protective zinc coating on the surface.
2. Hot-Dip Aluminized Zinc Substrate (e.g., 55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc)– Created by hot-dipping steel sheets in a molten alloy of aluminum and zinc, followed by baking and curing to enhance durability.
