Introductions of PPGL steel coil :
These products are widely used in refrigeration houses due to their thermal insulation and corrosion resistance properties.
PPGL steel coils are manufactured by coating a galvanized or aluminized zinc-silicon strip on a continuous production line. The process involves surface pretreatment (degreasing and cleaning), followed by the application of single or multiple layers of liquid coating via roll coating. The coated steel sheet is then baked and cooled to achieve the final product. Since the coatings can be produced in various colors, these coated steel plates are commonly referred to as color-coated steel plates.
When organic coatings are applied to hot-dip galvanized or aluminum-zinc-silicon-coated steel, the resulting products are known as hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheets or aluminum-zinc-silicon color-coated sheets, respectively. In addition to the protective benefits of the zinc layer, the organic coating provides insulation, corrosion resistance, and enhanced rust prevention, significantly extending the service life compared to conventional hot-dip galvanized steel sheets.

1. Due to the colder environment,will the color coated steel get rusty in a short time?
Won't,as differrent zinc coating ,paint brand and paint coating will influence its warranty, to make sure longer warranty,we will always suggest our customer to use better paint brand,higher paint coating and zinc coating to make sure its warranty
2. Does the color coated steel will get color fading in a short time?
Won't,as we use the wordwide paint brand for color coated steel ,such as akzo nobel,PPG,Dullux,which can resist lower temperature well compared with other paint brand.
