Introduction
Color-coated coil is a product of hot galvanized plate, hot aluminum plated zinc plate, electrogalvanized plate, etc., after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, and then baked and cured. Because coated with a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil named, referred to as color coated coil.
Color-coated roll has light weight, beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance, but also can be directly processed, the color is generally divided into gray, blue, brick red, mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliance industry, electrical appliance industry, furniture industry and transportation industry.

Color-coated Steel Coil Substrate Classification:
There are three primary types of substrates used in color-coated steel coils:
1. Hot-Dip Galvanized Substrate – Produced by immersing steel sheets in a molten zinc bath, forming a protective zinc coating on the surface.
2. Hot-Dip Aluminized Zinc Substrate (e.g., 55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc)– Created by hot-dipping steel sheets in a molten alloy of aluminum and zinc, followed by baking and curing to enhance durability.
3. Electrogalvanized Substrate– Formed through an electroplating process that deposits a layer of zinc onto the steel surface.
