Pre-painted galvanised steel coil introduction
PPGI, or Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron, is a coated steel product widely used in construction and manufacturing. It consists of a galvanized iron sheet coated with paint or other protective layers to enhance durability and aesthetics. The process involves cleaning, treating, and applying multiple layers of paint, followed by curing for a smooth, durable finish.
HUIYITM Color coated steel is the substrate after surface pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating, chromate passivation treatment) and then coated with roll coating, after baking and cooling products. Due to its paint coating , it performances better in corrosion compared With GI and GL .

FAQ
1. What is pre-painted galvanized steel?
A pre-painted steel product generally consists of three layers: a steel sublayer with a zinc-based coating, an undercoat called primer and a layer of surface paint called finishing coat. The sublayer directly affects the installation of the product and its resistance to corrosion.
