With GI as base metal,after pretreatment(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color,then after firing and cooling,finally the plate steel is called prepainted galvalume steel coil (PPGL).Prepainted gaIvalume steeI coil is good capable of decoration,molding,corrosion resistance.

MAIN PARAMETERS OF PREPAINTED GALVALUME STEEL COIL :

Thickness : 0.16mm-1.2mm

Width : 750mm-1300mm

AZ coating : 30g/m²-120 g/m²

Primer layer(base coat) : 5-10um,
